Refund Policy

Preorders

  • You may cancel and request a full refund at any time before your order has shipped.

  • Once shipped, your order falls under the standard return process.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
