1. Preorders

By placing a preorder for the Neuro³ Cube, you agree to purchase the product in advance of its availability.

Estimated shipping timelines will be displayed at checkout and/or in your order confirmation email. These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.

Your payment method will be charged in full at the time of preorder.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped in the order they are received.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your preorder has been dispatched.

We are not liable for delays outside of our control (e.g. courier issues, customs processing).
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise specified.

Prices may be updated at any time, but preorders already paid will not be affected.

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and ShopPay.
4. Refunds & Cancellations

Preorders are refundable before the product is shipped. Once shipped, standard refund policies apply (see Refund Policy below).

5. Warranty

The Neuro³ Cube is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
6. Limitation of Liability
