1. Preorders

  • By placing a preorder for the Neuro³ Cube, you agree to purchase the product in advance of its availability.

  • Estimated shipping timelines will be displayed at checkout and/or in your order confirmation email. These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.

  • Your payment method will be charged in full at the time of preorder.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be shipped in the order they are received.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your preorder has been dispatched.

  • We are not liable for delays outside of our control (e.g. courier issues, customs processing).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices may be updated at any time, but preorders already paid will not be affected.

  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and ShopPay.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Preorders are refundable before the product is shipped. Once shipped, standard refund policies apply (see Refund Policy below).

  • To request a cancellation, contact us at support@neurocube.com.

5. Warranty

  • The Neuro³ Cube is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Business Name] is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
